Lamb Kabobs:

For making the lamb kabobs, you will need 6 pounds lean lamb ( cut into 1 inch cubes). For making the marinades, you will require 1 cup olive oil, 1 cup red wine, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 2 cloves garlic (minced), 1/2 tsp pepper, 1 tsp oregano and 1 tsp salt.

Take all the marinade ingredients except the salt in a large bowl. Coat the lamb with the marinades properly. Mix all the things well and keep aside for 2 hours. Stir in the salt. Take the skewers and thread the lamb cubes along with some marinades onto it. Place the skewers on the grill over medium-hot heat. Cook for around 10 minutes and turn the side. You can baste the lamb cubes with the remaining marinade and cook for another 10 minutes. Make sure the kabobs are cooked on both the sides. You can enjoy the hot kabobs.
